Clinical negligence
It is generally recognised that the standard of healthcare in the UK is extremely good. Despite this, every year many thousands of people fall victim to medical accidents. If this has happened to you and you have suffered injury as a result of inadequate or inappropriate treatment or a misdiagnosis then you may be able to pursue a claim for clinical negligence.

We have a team of dedicated lawyers who have many years experience of dealing with all types of clinical negligence claims. We appreciate the sensitivity of such matters and the distress that will have been caused to you in circumstances where you have been let down by a member of the medical profession in whom you have placed your trust. We will help you through all stages of the complex process of pursuing a clinical negligence claim and we promise to deal with all enquiries in the utmost of confidence.

We appreciate that money will not put right the harm both physically and emotionally that has been caused to you. However, we understand that the vast majority of people who pursue a claim are not doing so for the money but what they actually want is an apology and an explanation of what happened and the re-assurance that this will not happen to someone else.

We accept that members of the medical profession have an extremely difficult and stressful job and that certain people may be put of pursuing a claim because of this. however, we would emphasise that it is your right to make a claim if you have been the victim of a medical accident and this may include not only damages for your injuries but also the cost of any further treatment that you may need in the future and also any care that you may require.
