The Guarantee

Costs?

We operate a no win no fee policy, which means that if your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be required to pay any legal fees. Even if you are successful we guarantee that you will not be asked to pay our fees. We seek to recover our costs from the other side's insurers. We also pledge to make no deductions from your compensation. The cheque comes directly from the other side and is made payable in your name so you will receive 100% of your compensation.

Length of claim?

This will depend on the extent of your injuries. Straightforward claims will be settled with in a couple of months some may take slightly longer. In any event we aim to deal with your claim as efficiently and as quickly as possible. We do not recover our fees until you have been paid.

Value of claim?

At this early stage it's difficult to give you a precise figure, but potentially it could easily be several thousand pounds. It will be depend on the medical evidence we will obtain. We have specialist medical experts throughout the country

Effect of the claim?

Bringing a claim should not affect you in any way. Pursuing a claim for the injury you have suffered is your legal right, and therefore your employer cannot legally dismiss you for bringing a claim. This is why employers have insurance policies, and it is the insurance company that will pay your compensation.

Will I need to go to court?

It is very unlikely that you will have to go to court, 99% of our cases are dealt with, without the need to go to court.
